Event Terms and Conditions:

These Event Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of a ‘Conference Registration’ (with inclusion of accommodation and food and beverage arrangements where requested) for, and attendance at, the ‘2021 Australasian Conference’ organised by Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions prior to the purchase of a ‘Conference Registration’.

By purchasing a ‘Conference Registration’ you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and will provide you the most recent version of the Terms & Conditions on the ‘2021 Australasian Conference Website’.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the terms “Mannatech”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd, and “you” and “the delegate” refers to the individual (Associate or Preferred Customer), purchasing a ‘Conference Registration’. A rebrand of the conference venue will take place as of December, 2020, from "Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa, Gold Coast" to “JW Marriott Gold Cast Resort & Spa”.

1.    Event Booking & Registration Purchase

1.1  Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd offer 4 registration options for the 2021 Australasian Conference as follows:


VIP Registration – AUD $395 (Limited number of tickets)
Booked online via the conference website and paid in full prior to arrival at the venue.
Inclusive of:
• Full Registration bag
• Product valued up to AUD $249
• Priority Seating
• VIP Lucky Draw Entry

Classic Registration – AUD $395
Booked online via the conference website and paid in full prior to arrival at the venue.
Inclusive of:
• Full Registration Bag
• Product valued up to AUD $249

Virtual Registration – AUD $150
Booked online via the conference website and paid in full prior to commencement of the event.
Inclusive of:
• Registration pack
• Virtual attendance
• 3 hours of keynote content and training

On the Day Registration - $205
Purchased onsite at the event and paid in full at the time of purchase.
Inclusive of:
• Access to attendance of Day Sessions only.
• No guarantee of food and beverage and provided or catered for.
• Mannatech Pty Ltd recommends the purchase of an online Conference Registration ahead of the event commencing.

1.2  Included in the Conference Registration is a GST component and online booking fee.

1.3 Purchase of a Conference Registration is only allowable via the 2021 Australasian Conference website.

1.4 Upon completing your Event Registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you with confirmation of your purchase and invoice for your

      deposit payment taken.

1.5 Payments made online via the 2021 Australasian Conference website will generate a confirmation email containing your payment invoice          and confirmation of payment taken.

1.6 Manual payments taken by our Mannatech Events Team will require a manual invoice process and therefore will take longer than an

      immediate online confirmation via the Conference Website.

1.7 It is your (the Associate or Customer) responsibility to ensure that you remain on time with, and keep track of, your outstanding Conference

      Registration payments. Where possible, Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd will send reminders, however, this remains the responsibility of the


1.8 Registration closes for the 2021 Australasian Conference on 18th January, 2021.


2.   Services Rendered

By completing your Conference Registration, you are requesting, and giving permission to, Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd to complete the following services on your behalf, as they relate to your registration:

•   Book your attendance at the event with inclusion of daily session attendance and daily food and beverage.
•   Book your nightly accommodation room.
•   Book your registration package inclusions e.g.; Registration Bag, name tag.
•   Communicate information on the 2021 Australasian Conference in a timely manner.
•   Confirm your requested bookings in a timely manner.
•   Confirm all final information required and relating to your Conference Registration in a timely manner.


3.    Accommodation Bookings

By requesting an accommodation booking as part of your registration you agree to abide by the guidelines outlined in the 2021 Australasian Conference website ‘Travel and Accommodation’ page, as they relate to room capacities and twin and triple share accommodation limitations.

3.1 Single Accommodation – 1 delegate (King Bed)

3.2 Couple Accommodation – 2 delegates (King Bed).

      Both delegates must request couple accommodation in their registration.

3.3 Twin Share Accommodation – 2 delegates (2 double beds).

      Both delegates must request twin share accommodation in their registration and identify the person that they wish to share with. If you are        unable to identify a delegate to share with, Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd will do all possible to identify and notify you of a delegate to share          with. In the event that this is not possible, Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd will discuss the options with you, so that neither party must bear the        additional half room cost.

3.4 Triple Share Accommodation – Maximum capacity of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, if 14 years of age or under, in existing bedding of        2 double beds. No additional bedding is available. A Person of 15 years or older is considered an adult.

3.5 Breakfast may be added to your accommodation room charge if requested at the time of registration and at a cost of $23 per person per            day (incl GST).

3.6 Breakfast bookings made once onsite will be charged at $40 per person per day (incl GST).


4. Payment Schedule

All registration, accommodation and food and beverage charges are to be paid in full prior to arrival at the venue and by Friday 5th February, 2021 (14 days prior to arrival at the venue).

If you have outstanding monies owed from the 2020 Australasian Conference, this will need to be settled ahead of, or at the same time as your deposit payment for the 2021 Australasian Conference. Your registration will not be accepted or confirmed until this is agreed upon between Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd and you, the Associate or Customer.

A 25% non refundable deposit of your registered costs will be taken at the time of registration via the website payment system. Payment may be made through the Paypal gateway either via your Paypal account or by using the credit card option.

Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd are providing you with 3 payment options to finalise your payment after the initial deposit payment is made for the 2021 Australasian Conference as laid out below:

1.    Up to, but not more than 3 additional payments of 25% (following your 25% non refundable deposit  payment) can be made by           

       contacting Payable in full by Friday 5th February, 2021.

2.    The remaining 75% (following your 25% non refundable deposit payment) can be made in full via the Conference website.

3.    In the case of financial hardship, alternative options may be considered by contacting the Mannatech Australasian Events team on for further discussion and agreement between Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd & you, the Associate or Customer.


5. Cancellation Terms

5.1 Cancellation by the attendee (Associate or Customer)  

The 2021 Australasian Conference Cancellation terms have been set in accordance with the conference venues attrition rates and cancellation policy.

The following cancellation fees apply:

•     Cancellation at any time (for any reason not covered by Clause 6) once you register and prior to 18th December, 2020 – Mannatech     

      Australia Pty Ltd will refund all but your non refundable 25% deposit. (Inclusive of conference registration only).

•     Cancellation between 19th December 2020 and 18th January, 2021 (for any reason not covered by Clause 6) – Mannatech Australia Pty

      Ltd will refund 50% of your delegate costs. (Inclusive of conference registration and accommodation bookings).

•     Cancellation after 18th January, 2021 (for any reason not covered by Clause 6) – Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd will charge a 100%

      cancellation fee. (Inclusive of conference registration and accommodation bookings).

•     In the event that you (the Associate or Customer) cancel a registration due to COVID-19, we will default to the COVID-19 clause (Clause


•     In the event of a ‘no show’ at the venue, Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd will maintain the 100% cancellation fee.

•     Transfer of your registration to another Associate or Customer is allowable but must be requested in writing to

      as soon as possible and prior to arrival onsite at the venue. Full details must be provided e.g.; Name, contact details.

5.2 Cancellation by the Organiser (Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd)

Sometimes Events are cancelled, varied, rescheduled or postponed due to a number of reasons.

In the event that Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd reschedules or postpones the 2021 Australasian Conference, you the delegate, will have an option to receive a refund in full, or, keep your existing conference registration for the event held at a later date.

In the event that Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd is forced to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control – such as acts of God, war, act of terrorism, government relations, a pandemic as declared by the World Health Organisation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities – to the extent that such circumstances make it illegal or impossible for the Event to go ahead, or for delegates to travel to the Event, your Conference Registration will be refunded in full.


6. COVID-19 Event

6.1  Should the Australian Government Department of Health issue a regulation, advisory, notice or warning advising travellers to avoid travel

       to the city where the 2021 Australasian Conference venue is located, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Event will be cancelled

       and Conference Registration costs (inclusive of regsitration and accommodation) refunded in full.

6.2  Should you, the delegate, live in a city deemed by the Australian Government Depart of Health as prohibited to travel to the venue at the

       time of the Event, your Conference Registration costs (inclusive of registration and accommodation) will be refunded in full, or, you will

       have the option to utilise a ‘Virtual Registration’ and the difference in registrations costs will be refunded to you.

6.3  In the event that travel is not prohibited by the Australian Government Department of Health to the Event location, or, from your city of                 residence however you choose not to attend the Event, all cancellation fees noted in Clause 5.1 will apply.

6.4  The COVID-19 clause will become null and avoid upon the World Health Organisation’s declaration that the COVID-19 pandemic has                 ended.


7. Indemnity

7.1  Any property of the delegate brought into the Event shall be at the owner’s risk. Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd, in conjunction with the JW             Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa shall not be liable for any loss or damage however caused, nor will guarantee the security of the                     property whilst at the Event. If items have been arranged to be stored by Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd, or by the JW Marriott Gold Coast             Resort & Spa they must be retrieved within 72 hours of the Event close. Any items left after this time will be deemed abandoned. All items         stored will be at the owner’s risk.

7.2  Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd confirms that details of Event agenda, speakers, topics and registration offerings are correct at the time of the         Event launch and release of the Event Registration Website. However, circumstances beyond the control of Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd           may necessitate substitutions or changes for which Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible. In the event of these                       substitutions or changes, Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd will do all possible to ensure these are at a comparable level or higher. Mannatech           Australia Pty Ltd will also ensure that an update to you, the delegate, will be provided in a timely manner.

7.3  Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd shall be held free and harmless from any loss and damage, including personal injury and death and related             legal costs, resulting from the acts or omissions of participants at the Event.

Except in case of gross negligence or willful misconduct on its part, Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damages, including but not limited to:

•   damage to, loss of, or loss of use of any property;
•   loss of revenue or profits; or
•   any other direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage.


Participants are not covered by any Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd medical or travel insurance and are required to make appropriate arrangements for their own medical, repatriation and travel insurance, including coverage for loss of, or damage to, their belongings.


8. Photo Release

Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd may take photographic and video material of participants at events. In registering for the Event you acknowledge that all videos, photographs and imagery taken at the event, remain the property of Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd and that we may include images of yourself intact or in part for material used in various publications, press releases, promotional activities, or other related endeavors. This material may also appear on Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd’s internet web page or related social media pages. Should you not agree to be part of the photographic and video material or would like to have your pictures deleted, please inform us thereabout via sent e-mail at or contact one of our colleagues providing assistance during the event.


9. Unattended Items

Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd in conjunction with the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa cannot ensure security of items left unattended. All personal property left behind is at the sole risk of the owner. Whilst Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd will do all possible to locate and return lost items, you, the delegate, are responsible for the safekeeping of your personal property.


10. Event Conduct

Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd is a vision-driven, mission-minded company. Our Mission Statement is more than just carefully crafted words. It guides and monitors our values, beliefs, objectives and purpose.
Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd has built its business on a foundation of reliability and integrity. These qualities are integral to Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd core values; we conduct business according to the highest ethical standard.

As an Ambassador of Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd and delegate at the 2021 Australian Conference you must uphold the Mannatech values at all times and behave in a manner that reflect these values.

The below are deemed behaviours of a delegate who is not held “in good standing”:

•   References made to sexuality, race or creed or sexual content
•   Threats of any kind
•   Ridiculing another person or the company
•   Maliciously excluding and isolating a person from activities
•   Persistent and unjustified criticisms
•   Humiliating a person through gestures, sarcasm, criticism and insults, especially in front of customers, management, suppliers or other staff.
•   Spreading gossip or false, malicious rumours about a person with an intent to cause the person harm.
•   Intoxification.
•   Causing damage to function space or Mannatech property.


Should a delegate be deemed by Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd as a person not “in good standing” and behaviour deemed unacceptable, Mannatech Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to ensure the immediate removal from the event.
