The 2023 Conference sees the return of this event to an old Mannatech favourite, the Royal Pines Resort. Since our last visit to this venue, the hotel has been through a refresh of both accommodation rooms and Conference space so register now to enjoy this special location.

When should I plan to arrive and leave:

Flights or travel arrangements should be booked according to what is noted on the agenda page, and whether you are attending either of the Leadership Events at conclusion of the Conference on Sunday. 

For general attendance, plan:

Arrival:          Friday 3rd March in time for a welcome lunch at 12.00 pm.

Departure:    Sunday 5th March after close of the event at 11.00 am. 

Accommodation:

Special reduced rates have been negotiated with the Royal Pines Resort for all Mannatech attendees and rates have been provided both

inclusive and exclusive of daily breakfast. A reduced daily breakfast rate has also been negotiated. 

These special rates are available to you for 3 days before and 3 days after the event, however, all bookings must be made by Mannatech

Australia Pty Ltd directly and via your conference registration. 

Be sure to read very carefully how rooms are charged (per individual or per room) and select a room with or without breakfast. 

Breakfast:

If you do not include breakfast with your registration and decide to add this once onsite, this will come at the standard cost of $34 per day. 

Check In & Check Out:

When checking in at the Royal Pines Resort, please provide a credit card for all incidental charges you place on your accommodation room. Your accommodation and breakfast charges will be paid for prior to your arrival, however, you will need to pay for all incidentals once onsite.

Delegates are responsible for booking and organising their own travel to the 2023 Australasian Conference and we have noted some helpful information for you below. 

Flights:

If you are flying in from Interstate, Singapore or New Zealand, you may like to consider the following airlines or services often offering travel deals:

The Royal Pines Resort is located 32km north of the Gold Coast Airport and 80km south of Brisbane Interntional Airport. For guests travelling from Brisbane, the Gold Coast is connected to Brisbane by rail and Nerang Station is just 5 minutes from the resort. 

Driving:

• If driving from Brisbane, follow the Pacific Highway (M1) south to exit 71 (Nerang Broadbeach Rd). After Metricom Stadium, turn left into Ross Street and follow the sign to the overpass to enter Royal Pines Resort.

• If driving from Gold Coast Airport, follow the Pacific Highway (M1) north to exit 73 (Nielsen's Road) and take the road east over the overpass. Take the second left into Birmingham Rd, follow this over the Nerang River Bridge and then follow signs to the hotel.

Parking:

Free parking is located onsite so if you are driving, please park in the car park directly under the hotel tower.

Public Transport:

Your basic accommodation room rates are noted below and full details are provided during the registration process when selecting your room type. 

Important notes before you register:  

• If you do not include breakfast during the registration process, this can be added at a later date by updating your registration, however, MUST be prior to arrival at the hotel. Should you wish to add breakfast when you arrive onsite, this will be charged at the standard rate of AUD $34 per day.

• At the time of registration, a 25% non refundable deposit will be taken on your conference registration and accommodation costs. Remaining payments can be made in up to 3 additional payments, but MUST be paid in full by Friday 17th February 2023. Payment can be made by going back into your registration at any time before end of day Friday 17th February.

• Additional bedding is not available so delegates need to book accommodation according to how many people can fit within the existing room configurations.

• Registration cut off date is Friday 17th February 2023.
